CardNest Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 October 2026.

This Agreement explains the rules for using the CardNest mobile app, website and related gift-card trading services (together, the “Service”). “CardNest”, “we” and “us” refer to the operator offering the Service under the CardNest name. For questions, contact support@cardnest.cc.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and be permitted to use the Service in your location. You may not use another person's identity or account.

2. What CardNest does

CardNest lets eligible users submit supported gift cards for assessment and, when a trade is approved, receive the disclosed payout in the settlement currency of their operating market. Availability depends on the card brand, issuing region, card type, denomination, market rules and the current quote. Wallet, bank withdrawal, coupons, points, referrals, leaderboards and VIP features may be available only where enabled. A displayed brand or indicative rate does not guarantee that a particular card will be accepted.

3. Your account and security

  • Provide accurate and current registration, identity, contact and bank-account information. Keep your credentials and transaction PIN confidential, use your own account and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized activity.
  • We may require email or phone verification, identity checks or additional information to protect users, assess fraud and meet applicable legal obligations. The available payment or withdrawal methods may depend on successful verification.
  • You are responsible for activities through your account unless caused by our failure to exercise reasonable care. Contact us promptly if you believe a transaction or account action is incorrect.

4. Gift-card ownership and submission

Submit only cards that you lawfully own or are authorized to sell, that are genuine, unused or have the disclosed remaining value, and that are not stolen, obtained by fraud, restricted or already sold. Provide the correct brand, region, card type, denomination and complete requested code or image evidence. Do not submit the same card to another buyer while a CardNest trade is pending. We may ask for proof of purchase or other evidence and may reject or pause a trade when the card cannot be verified, differs from the description, violates the issuer's terms or appears to present a legal or security risk.

Where a trade supports multiple codes or images, all submitted items form the one order shown before confirmation. The order summary, submitted total face value, rate and estimated proceeds must be checked carefully. If a card requires correction, the order may be delayed or rejected under the status shown in the app. Do not assume an unapproved item has earned a payout.

5. Quotes, rates and payout

Before you submit, the app displays the selected denomination or rate tier, applicable exchange rate, estimated base card payout and any separately identified coupon or VIP benefit. Rates may differ by brand, region, card type, denomination and operating market. A quote is valid only for the period shown and the details used to obtain it; changing those details, expiry of the quote or an updated market configuration requires a new quote. A submitted trade remains subject to verification and approval. The amount finally credited or paid is the amount confirmed under the applicable quote and approved order, not a rate shown in a general brand list.

After approval, eligible proceeds are recorded in your CardNest wallet. Withdrawals are subject to the displayed minimum, available balance, verified bank-account details, security checks and any applicable market rules. Transfer times are estimates, not guarantees; bank or payment-provider processing may add time. Any fee or deduction that applies must be shown before you confirm the relevant action. CardNest does not promise that every trade or withdrawal will be instant, fee-free or accepted.

6. Rewards and special features

Coupons, referral rewards, points, growth, rankings and VIP benefits are governed by the rules and eligibility conditions displayed for each feature when you use it. Rewards may be limited, changed prospectively or withheld when the underlying order is rejected, reversed or abusive. Historical earned amounts are not recalculated merely because a future rule changes. A ranking is informational unless a separate reward is expressly described.

If a market offers a separate VIP cyclic advance, it is not an unconditional bonus. Before a user elects to receive it, the app must disclose the advance amount and how later approved base card proceeds will restore the outstanding amount; the order and wallet details must show any recovery and the net amount credited. The feature is unavailable unless expressly enabled and accepted. This paragraph does not turn an ordinary one-time VIP reward into an advance.

7. Prohibited use and account measures

Do not submit counterfeit, duplicate, unauthorized or misleading card evidence; manipulate rates, rewards or rankings; interfere with the Service; evade verification; or use the Service for unlawful activity. We may place a transaction under review, restrict a feature or suspend an account where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance or enforcement of this Agreement. Where lawful and practicable, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact support. Restrictions do not extinguish valid amounts owed, subject to legitimate disputes, chargebacks and applicable law.

8. Errors, reversals and disputes

If a card, payout or withdrawal is disputed, contact support@cardnest.cc with the order reference and relevant details. We will review available records and may request additional evidence. A duplicate credit, payment failure, fraud finding or reversal by a card issuer or payment provider may require a correction to the affected order or wallet entry; changes should be reflected in transaction history. We will not silently treat a pending estimate as completed funds.

9. Privacy and intellectual property

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information. The CardNest app, branding, interface and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in material you provide, but grant us a limited permission to process submitted card evidence and support materials only as needed to operate the Service, investigate disputes and meet legal obligations. You must have the right to provide that material.

10. Availability and responsibility

We work to provide a reliable Service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that a third-party bank, card issuer, network or device will always work. We will not exclude liability where the law prohibits doing so. Otherwise, each party remains responsible for losses caused by its own breach, fraud or misconduct, subject to the remedies and limitations allowed by applicable law. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.

11. Changes, termination and deletion

We may update this Agreement to reflect service, security or legal changes. The current version and update date will be available in the app or website; material changes will be communicated by an appropriate notice before they take effect where required. Continued use after an effective change means acceptance where the law permits. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion through the in-app deletion flow or cardnest.cc/delete-account. Open orders, unresolved withdrawals, outstanding obligations or records that must be retained by law may need to be resolved or preserved as explained in the Privacy Policy. Deletion does not erase valid transaction obligations or mandatory records immediately.

12. Contact and applicable rights

For service questions, complaints or requests about this Agreement, email support@cardnest.cc. The laws and dispute-resolution rights applicable to your location and operating market continue to apply; this Agreement does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Additional terms: device security and order adjustments

A newly recognised installation normally has a 24-hour withdrawal protection period after successful sign-in. The app displays the applicable reason and eligibility time. Selling cards and viewing orders remain available where the account otherwise permits them. A different, previously verified and still eligible device is not restricted solely because a new device signed in. Reinstallation or clearing device storage may cause a device to be recognised as new.

The original installation of a newly registered and verified account may complete its first withdrawal verification without the new-device waiting period. Existing users upgrading or reinstalling do not automatically receive that initial-device status. After any required waiting period, first withdrawal verification still requires a PIN and the applicable additional factor: an authenticator code when enabled, otherwise an email code. Waiting does not itself establish trust; trust may expire or be revoked.

Adding or changing a bank account requires verification through the account's verified email. A subsequent different holder name, or a holder that cannot be reliably verified, also requires a transaction PIN. You must be authorised to use the receiving account. Bank validation is not a guarantee of ownership or successful payment. Saving a bank account does not verify a device for withdrawals, and changing a saved account does not redirect an already submitted payment.

Authenticator setup, replacement and recovery follow the checks displayed in the app. Keep recovery codes private. Password recovery, assisted PIN resets and certain authenticator recovery actions may revoke sessions and device trust and trigger 24-hour account-wide withdrawal protection. Codes and authorisations apply only to the specified action. Support cannot simply bypass these protections on request. Older app versions may need updating and a fresh sign-in before sensitive features are available.

If review identifies a card-value discrepancy or a proposed rate change, the order may be placed in a state awaiting your confirmation. Review the revised amount or rate, estimated proceeds, explanation and any supporting images. The proposal does not itself approve or settle the order. Confirming applies the accepted adjustment and returns the same order for review. If you disagree, contact support; silence is not acceptance.

If the adjusted order no longer qualifies for its coupon, the proposal identifies the removal. On confirmation the original coupon is released, retaining its original expiry date. It may already be expired. Eligible attached coupons follow the confirmed terms. Points, VIP rewards and applicable advance recovery remain subject to the disclosed approval and settlement rules; estimates are not funds already credited.
